How does it work?
Very simply is the answer.
The first step is to Sign-Up online. And that's it. The next time you have an I.T. problem you phone our help line to speak with one of our engineers After a short discussion the engineer will either talk you through how to solve your problem or connect directly to your PC over the internet and fix it while you watch. Some problems however need an on-site engineer. We have a global network of engineering partners to whom we escalate such issues. We work closely with our partner network to ensure your problem is fixed as quickly and cost effectively as possible. |

Policy Suspension
There will be times during the year when your yacht does not require support, for example during a refit. To suspend your support simply complete our Suspension of Support Request Form.
We require 48 hours notice prior to suspension, our only other stipulation is that there is a minimum of 1 month suspension. |
Policy Canellation
Cancelling your support policy is as easy as it was to sign up initially. To canel your policy Login to your account and complete and submit our policy cancelation form.
Policys cancelled within the first 30 days will receive a full refund. Policys older than 30 days will receive a full refund for the balance of unused support time calculated on a per day basis. |

Service Level Agreement
We guarentee our clients a defined level of support and expertese. We however view this as our baseline to be built upon. It is our policy to accept every problem as a challenge and refuse none. To follow every issue until the solution is found and implimented. We like to take the view that we are a part of your crew and hope that this is reflected through our quality of service. |
