We help clients with everything from Email to WiFi issues, Networking , Internet, Office, Servers, Installing software, Virus infections, no matter what the issues our team will find the solution. The tier 2 team tackle the more complex and unusual support issues. They call on every resource and reference to augment a fix. When necessary tier 2 will go back to the manufacturer to find a solution. And when an engineer is necessary we will arrange for one of our accredited partners to meet with the yacht. We will fully update the engineer so that the solution will be with him on the first visit, saving time and money. |
