To become an M.I. Partner fill out the application form below and submit it to us. One of our partner program coordinators will contact you by phone and help guide you through the process.

Your coordinator is at hand to answer your questions during the application and due-diligence process of becoming a partner.

Successful applicants will be asked to sign two documents;

  • A Non-Disclosure document - to protect our clients.
  • An Agreement of Exclusivity - to protect our partners.
